Government public servants obligations to the people

Bona Fide  Dispute to Unconstitutional slavery to pay tickets contract without consideration.  This is my notice to your company, that I do not consent nor contract to injury 🤕 to being your company volunteer slave by paying tickets that violaes the Constitutional laws and violates. vested rights where I do not have a contract that requires two signatures with full disclosure consents.  I am returning tickets, without my consent to contract offered tickets.
